What personal data this site collects, what we use it for, and what you can ask us about it.
Last updated: 23 August 2026Districalc Corporation and its affiliates across Latin America and the Caribbean (“Districalc”, “we”) operate the site www.districalc.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
It applies to this website only. It does not cover our customers’ internal systems or our technology partners’ platforms, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
dc_lang. This value is never transmitted to our servers and is not used to identify you.We do not collect sensitive data through this site, and none of our forms ask for student information.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising purposes.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you voluntarily submit a form; our legitimate interest in operating, measuring and securing the site; and compliance with the legal obligations that apply to us.
To run the site and handle your enquiries we work with the following providers, which act as data processors and are subject to their own data protection obligations:
Districalc operates in more than twenty countries across Latin America and the Caribbean, and the providers listed above are located outside your country of residence, mainly in the United States and the European Union. By sending us your data you accept this transfer, which is made under the contractual safeguards and protection standards those providers offer.
This site sets no first-party cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block them from your browser settings or with the opt-out add-on Google provides; the site will keep working normally. Your language preference is stored in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie, and you can remove it by clearing the site’s data.
You may at any time request access to your personal data, its correction, its deletion, objection to or restriction of its processing, its portability, and the withdrawal of any consent you have given.
These rights are granted to you by the legislation applicable in your country, including Chile’s Law 19.628 and Law 21.719 — the latter in force from 1 December 2026 — Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012, Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.
To exercise them, write to info@districalc.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the timeframes set by the applicable legislation.
The site is served entirely over HTTPS and form contents travel encrypted. Access to the CRM where enquiries are recorded is restricted to the staff who need to handle them. No system is completely infallible, but we review these measures regularly.
This site is aimed at teachers, administrators and staff of educational institutions, not at minors, and we do not knowingly collect their data through it. When we deploy a technology solution at an institution, any processing of student data is governed by the contract with that institution, which acts as the controller of that data.
We will publish any change on this same page and update the date shown at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will highlight it clearly.
For any question about this policy or about how we handle your personal data, write to info@districalc.com or call us at +1 954 392 7755.
